Gail Frank Photography... photographer specializing in portraits and special event photography. Client needed a new website with a cleaner look and style. Designed very minimally, the site offers up the images in a very simple way. I wanted to focus on the images only for this site. Links to clients online ordering system was also built along with a custom contact form.
Here in my portfolio you'll find a large variety of work I've done for clients of all sorts, from photographers and bands to non-profit groups and businesses.
I work closely with my clients to fit their needs. Whether they need a logo, website or photography.
Take a look around!
Costelow Photography... great photography studio located in Auburn, WA. They have speciized in creating artistic edgy portraits for high school seniors and sports, along with timeless family portraits. They needed a nice flashy website to highlight her style. Along with the website design, I have also provided them with custom posters and calendars, and other marketing materials (photoshop/illustrator) using their images.
GreenPro Landcare... landscape design and care company here in the northwest. Website designed as a showcase for their work and a venue for potential customers to learn about their services and make easy direct contact with the manager/owner. Cleint needed a clean minimal website and logo to focus on the detailing they are known for.
Miss Solar System... awesome Seattle band. Just before their CD release, they had asked me to develop a website for them. This one was fun. Building on their CD design, I was able to create a site which was very showy, but also user friendly. Mp3 streaming, imaging, and product showcasing were big needs for this group. I also provided (and still do) the photography.
AFS-GPS... greater puget sound division of the American Field Service, focusing on student exchange programs. I became involved in their organization by being a volunteer at first, saw they had a need for a new website. I have donated my design time and photography to this non-profit organization. Website is built as an information center about the local program and also as a tool for me and the other volunteers to teach students about web design opportunities and blogging communities.
Youth 180... building community, changing lives. This budding non-profit organization, dealing with youth violence and gangs needed an identity. I had approached them with an idea, and they let me run with it. From designing their new logo for visability on the streets, to their website providing information and a blog for the community to recieve news and become involed. I have also gatered the organisers for some amazing photoshoots, and I hope to teach some skills to the youth myself.
epicspro... long story here. I used to work for a pro photolab here in Seattle. They needed to build a retail side to their business, after being wholesale only for many years. I built this from the ground up, with only the name to start. I began with a logo, and that grew to building the website and working on the online java interface for ordering and developing an interesting product line. This is always growing. Check it out! Order some prints!
Pacific Color Inc... the photolab. They needed a new website which was easy to update. I focused on the product and services for the clients, and also developed a blog and wrote out online tutorials for other photographers. Updated their logo (see it in logo design section), which still needs to be rolled out. This company still hires me to build new products and marking for them also.
Emerald Imaging... one of my pet projects. While working at the lab years back, a buddy of mine had a great idea and pitched it. 'Why doesn't the lab become it's own biggest customer?'. So we made it happen. They had me to design the marketing, and website, while he hit the streets getting the events. Also being the lead photographer on all the shoots was a challenging opportunity, but great fun.
Cedar Ridge Materials... a local landscape materials company near Seattle. This client needed an updated website to provide information on their business and huge selection of products they offered. Who woulda thought rocks could be so interesting?
Daimian Lix Photography... me. Currently on it's 4th re-design : )
